Technical assistance and maintenance of the XL charging station
Dudùu charging stations have been created to allow managers of public places to offer an indispensable service to their customers, who need to recharge their smartphones and more during the day.
Daily use can lead to a normal deterioration of the cables or other elements of the charging stations, for these cases, we have thought of making very convenient technical assistance and maintenance packages
The technical assistance light plan provides for 10 calls per year and includes the replacement of up to 10 cables.
The cost is €150 + VAT
The standard technical assistance plan provides for 20 calls per year and includes the replacement of up to 20 cables.
The cost is €200 + VAT
The full technical assistance plan includes 20 calls per year and offers the replacement of up to 20 cables and 10 classic locks.
The cost is €250 + VAT
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND MAINTENANCE PLANS
The technical assistance plans adapt to all needs, both for those who have only one charging station and for those who have more than one.
Each technical assistance plan includes the on-call interventions of one of our technicians according to the chosen plan and the spare parts (cables) which are more subject to wear. Only damages caused by third parties or by atmospheric events (including aesthetic parts) are excluded.
